Creativity and Resilience as Predictors of Career Success

Achieving success in today’s society is becoming an increasingly complex endeavor. People must have high levels of creativity and resilience order to constantly adapt changing situations and, at the same time, maintain necessary tenacity enthusiasm continue despite failures. This research aims identify different characteristics people with objective career success, subjective resilience, creativity, analyze their relationship achievement success. The sample consisted 200 from six professional categories (unemployed, managers, influencers, entrepreneurs, employees, professors) Spain. questionnaire (EX. P/RE/CRE—professional creativity) that was designed for this study used collect data. results suggest a person and/or more prepared achieve both perspective. study’s conclusions support correlations between terms describe conditions successful, resilient, creative person.
